Return and refund policy

All of our products are guaranteed and are returnable for full a refund or credit if you are not completely satisfied. Returns purchased with a credit card will be refunded back to the original credit card, returns purchased with a school purchase order will receive an account credit.

We must be notified of your return within 5 days of receipt of the shipment delivery. Returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the shipment and must be authorized by Reading Development Literacy. All returns must be in salable condition, unmarked, without stickers or stamps, and uncirculated. A copy of our return authorization must be included and the return must be shipped back to Reading Development Literacy prepaid using a trackable method of shipping. The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. 15% restocking charge will be deducted. All claims must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery. Returns made more than the 30 days after the receipt of the original shipment delivery will not be honored.

Please note, Spanish paper textbooks that include a digital code and any digital codes are nonreturnable if the digital code has been activated.
