The objective of Valores Eticos is to develop comprehensive training and the acquisition of the values that structure society. It is intended to provide students with the instruments of rationality and objectivity necessary so that their evaluative judgments have the rigor, coherence and rational foundation they require in order for their choices to be worthy to guide their conduct, personal life and social relationships. To do this, the dignity of the person, respect for interpersonal relationships, critical and reflective thinking, justice, human rights and the achievement of an ethical system of values are studied.

El objetivo de la asignatura de Valores éticos es desarrollar la formación integral y la adquisición de los valores que vertebran la sociedad. Se pretende dotar a los alumnos y alumnas de los instrumentos de racionalidad y objetividad necesarios para que sus juicios valorativos tengan el rigor, la coherencia y la fundamentación racional que requieren con el fin de que sus elecciones sean dignas de guiar su conducta, su vida personal y sus relaciones sociales». Para ello, se profundiza en la dignidad de la persona, el respeto a las relaciones interpersonales, el pensamiento crítico y reflexivo, la justicia, los derechos humanos y la consecución de un sistema ético de valores
